Max & Chloe cares a lot about your privacy.

Web store software
Our web store has been developed with software from Max & Chloe. Personal data that you provide on behalf of our services made available to us are shared with this party. Max & Chloe has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose.
Max & Chloe is obliged based on the agreement that we have concluded with them to take security measures. Max & Chloe uses cookies to provide technical information collecting about your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or saved.
Email and mailing lists
Mailing list
Our website uses the mailing list, a third party that receives the email traffic from our website and handles the sending of any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent via the mailing list servers. The mailing list will never use your name and e-mail address for its purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail that has been automatically sent through our website, you will see the “unsubscribe” link. If you click on this, you will no longer receive e-mail from our website. We use the platform to handle (part of) the payments in our web store https://mollie.com/. Mollie process your name, address, and place of residence information and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie and has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymous) data with third parties in that context. In the case of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility), Mollie shares personal data and information about your financial position with credit rating agencies. All the above-mentioned guarantees the protection of your data also apply to the parts of Stripe & Mollie services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data any longer than is permitted by law.
Reviews
Every customer that buys products from our store can leave a review of the product. Even tho you need an email address our software will change every email address into test@test.com. This prevents hackers from looking for free email addresses that have no luck and your review stays private.
Shipping and logistics
China Post
EXAMPLE: If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We make use of the services of China post for carrying out the deliveries. It is, therefore, necessary that we share your name, address and city details with China post. China post uses this information only to perform the agreement. If China post engages subcontractors, China post also makes your data available to these parties.
